People are saying...
Our guests have said they are now more comfortable using spices. They've not only used Indian spices to cook our dishes again, they have even created new fusion dishes on their own. Our guest Liz said, "The meal was delicious and I made another variation on curry tonight using our garam masala and curry leaves -- though yours was even better!"
"I learned new cooking techniques (i.e. creating spice blends and tempering the spices), and the dishes truly tasted like those served at an authentic Indian restaurant. Your guidance was very helpful. I appreciated how you led us through each step of the process, explaining each step carefully and demonstrating each step in your own kitchen." (Jocelyn)
"We had a blast and the dish was delicious and easy!" (Jennifer) "Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will definitely attempt cooking Indian dishes again!" (Kathleen) |
